The Staff Korel Home Designs was conceived in the mind's eye of Designer Jerry Michael Karlovich over thirty eight years ago. After working eight years with many of the finest Professional Home Builders and Architects in North Texas, including Don Moore and Associates of The Plan Shoppe, Inc., Jerry Karlovich knew it was time to start his own home design company. For the first ten years, all of the drawings were done by pen in hand and on a drafting board. Although, we are now a fully computer drafted custom and stock home designing service, Jerry continues to create home designs from his imagination with just a felt tip pen and a roll of tracing vellum. Jerry Karlovich is also an experienced general contractor having worked as a home builder. With this experience he has a good handle on what a home builder goes through in dealing with the job of building a home and how to avoid many pitfalls. Jerry Karlovich is also a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders (although he doesn't have a pony tail)	Korel Home Designs have also provided our services to the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanities in providing house plan production and architectural renderings. Jerry Karlovich, and his wife Laverne, live in Plano, Texas. They have four sons, three who are married and have four grandchildren . Jerry and Laverne enjoy traveling around the State of Texas, especially throughout the Texas Hill Country. We would mostly like to mention that Jerry and his wife Laverne are faithful members of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas and Jesus is Lord. Korel Home Designs is strictly a family owned and operated house plan company. When you make a telephone call to Korel, you will speak to one of the owners of the company. Not just a clueless "Operator Standing By" waiting to take your order. We are proudly not one of those house plan broker web sites you have probably already gone nuts searching through. We are also members of the National Association of Home Builders, Texas Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas, Texas.	Meet Jeremy Karlovich, number three son. Jeremy has been with the company for over 11 years and performs much of the production CAD drafting and is slowly taking over. Jeremy also handles the business of our production builders providing excellent production drafting and house plan design services. Jeremy and his wife Elizabeth live in McKinney, Texas and are the parents of Abigail Marie and Austin Mitchell. Like most young men, Jeremy enjoys sports, especially the Dallas Stars Hockey Team and NASCAR. Boogity Boogity Boogity! Peepaw with future Korel Home Design's Associates.
